Request an AI Drift Audit

Your AI can only follow the rules your business has made clear. This assessment reviews your brand guidance, standards, and priority AI use cases against machine-readability, ambiguity, and AI control level, so you can see where the brand is ready, where it creates risk, and what needs to be governed first.

Start with a focused diagnostic. Leave with a clear action plan.

You get
A structured outcome, not a loose conversation.
  • A structured review of your brand guidelines, standards, and priority AI use cases
  • A readiness score across machine-readability, ambiguity, and AI control
  • A risk map showing where AI may misread, over-interpret, or ignore your brand rules
  • A practical remediation plan with Critical, High, Medium, and Low priorities
  • A short readout session with recommended next steps
  • An optional path into iBOM, Brando policy files, and governed AI workflows
Role-Intent Testing

We test your brand against the roles and intents your AI will meet in the real world.

Your brand does not fail in theory. It fails in moments. A customer asks for reassurance. A journalist asks for proof. A regulator expects precision. A sales team pushes for conversion. An AI agent tries to summarise, rewrite, compare, recommend, or respond.

We build role-intent scenarios that reflect those moments. Then we run your brand through them before your AI goes live.

Roles

Who is interacting with your brand?

Customers, employees, journalists, partners, regulators, agency teams, sales teams, support agents, and AI agents.

Intents

What are they trying to do?

Compare, complain, buy, escalate, summarise, localise, request proof, push conversion, create content, or ask for an exception.

You see which rules and toolkits hold, where ambiguity appears, and where stronger controls are needed.

What We Assess

Four criteria that show whether your brand is ready for AI

We do not look at brand guidance as static copy. We assess whether it can be read, interpreted, and enforced by AI without guesswork.

01

Completeness

We check whether your brand guidance actually covers the situations AI will encounter. Most guidelines were written for human designers and copywriters. They do not address edge cases, tone in conflict situations, multi-channel variation, or regulatory adjacency. Gaps in coverage become gaps in output, and gaps in output become brand risk at scale.

02

Machine-readability

We check whether your brand guidance can be read as a usable instruction set by an AI system, not just a person. If structure is missing, if rules are buried in prose, or if meaning depends on context only a human would recognise, AI has to guess. Guessing produces drift. We look for clarity, structure, and language a system can follow without guesswork.

03

Ambiguity

We look for rules that depend on memory, local interpretation, or hidden exceptions. Ambiguity is where brand risk starts. A rule that means different things to different people will mean different things to different systems. We identify where your guidance leaves gaps that AI will fill on its own, and where stronger definitions and examples are needed before you deploy.

04

AI control level

We assess which parts of your brand can already be enforced, tested, or logged automatically, and which parts still rely on human review after the fact. This tells us what is ready for AI now, what needs governance infrastructure first, where rulesets need to be applied and what should never be delegated to a system without a human in the loop.

AI Drift Audit request

Tell us where AI is already touching your brand, and where it still needs governance.

Keep this focused. We need enough context to see the likely risk, review the current materials, and point you to the right audit path.

Tell us about you and your brand operations

Start with the essentials. We need to understand who you are, the scale and structure of your brand, and what you want AI to do before we can assess risk properly.
